Meal Prep is key to your success in not only maintaining your health for nutrition purposes but also when it comes to your fitness/weight loss goals. If you are a snacker or have a sweet tooth midday or even at night this one is for you. These little snack packs come in handy while running errands, stuck in traffic, watching a movie, or while at work. Let's face it we all can use more green veggies & fiber on a daily basis. I love to make my green smoothies in bulk it saves me alot of time, keeps me on track, and keeps me regular! lol This usually takes me about 2-3 hours once a month. The only other thing I would recommend is a Portable Blender. I love mine for not bulk smoothies but just as a quick option if I haven't had time to fully prep. I love that it makes my single serving smoothie clean up super simple & its the perfect portion. I literally drop in my fruits, blend, plop the to go cap on & go!
